VO2 Testing:
Trizilla Performance Testing utilizes exercise science research to test your metabolic system and Aerobic/Anaerobic systems. Based on your own physiology and test results we find your VO2 Max anaerobic threshold, metabolic rate, and proper heart rate training zones.

Professional Bike Fitting:
There is no such thing as a "quick fit" at Trizilla. Each individual fitting begins with an extensive interview, evaluation, and physical assessment. All will be followed up with a customized professional fitting. Starting with the cleat position and working our way up the body for the perfect fit coordinates.
